A two-pack, high-gloss, aliphatic acrylic polyurethane finish cured with polyisocyanate, offering outstanding resistance to weathering and color retention. Surface Preparation:
- Steel surface must be clean, dry, and free from contamination.
- Recommended to apply suitable primer before use.
- Conforms to ISO 8504:2000.
- Can be applied after Hand & Power tool cleaning to St2 & St3.
Application Details
- Method: Airless spray, conventional spray; brush/roller for touch-ups
- Mixing Ratio: 4 parts base : 1 part accelerator
- Pot Life: 2–4 hours
- Recommended Dry Film Thickness (DFT): 100–150 microns
- Thinner: Use approved thinner (e.g., Thinner 6756)
- Drying Time: Touch dry: 4–6 hours | Hard dry: 18–24 hours | Full cure: 7 days
- Overcoating Interval: Minimum 18 hours; maximum: indefinite
- Storage: Up to 12 months in sealed containers under standard conditions
